    is the member responsible for the increased in starting bids and shipping cost.  In order to recover cost from members who's aim is to scam ebay or sellers, this price increase is necessary and only offsets fees for postage.  It does not offset time spent dealing with these individuals who are not authentic buyers and poor patrons.  Beware this buyer. They bid only with the intention of opening a case to get a refund by ebay and keep item after asking for a return. They have tried to take advantage of shipping delays during the pandemic .
    Bidding for this item is also not open for member woshisb2013 . As they won an auction, paid for item, and I gave them positive feedback for prompt payment. They then opened a case stating they did not get the item. After receiving another substitute item and the original item they refused to pay for the original item.
    Bidding is also not open to member corazi0 as he demanded express shipping, demanded positive feedback, and after that complained that the item had no value.  He opened a case and I provided proof item had value (receipt and account balance), but he continued to demand a refund when item said no refunds.  E-bay settled the issue.  Save time and do not buy or sell to this member.
    Sellers and Buyers, be aware that Ship Insurance coverage DOES NOT COVER all items. It is useless for the providing protection for the majority of valuable items.
