1982 WORLD'S FAIR – COMMEMORATIVE KNOXVILLE, TN - SS KNIFE - VINTAGE PARKER CO.

Description

We are offering a nice collectable souvenir pocketknife from the 1992 World’s Fair held in Knoxville, TN. On one side it depicts a Pioneer homestead on the left, a large flame in the center, and a frontiersman on he right. Above his head are the names: Boone, Crockett and Jackson. On the bottom you can read: Knoxville, Tennessee and 1982 World’s Fair TM.
On the left you can clearly see an indigenous native at his campsite, in the center is a sunburst with “Solar Energy” at its center, on the right is a model of the Space Shuttle Columbia. There are a few dark spots on the scales which don't detract from the knife's beauty.
Made by Parker Cut. Co. in Japan, this knife is in wonderful condition. The blade is factory sharp with no rust, chips or scratches, The scales are clean with all embellishments in a clean Bas Relief. The patina shows gentle wear commensurate with age and use. Please view pictures prior to bidding.
