What we have here is a 2009 1 dollar Silver 50th year commemorative Barbie Medallion/Coin. A good friend of mine had purchased this for his daughter who was into Barbie doll collecting. Sadly, she passed from a terminal illness recently. He asked me if I would mind helping him do something with her collection as it made him sad seeing it around. And he felt it made more sense to let someone else have the pieces then to box them up and stick them in the attic.
