Issued by Armenian Revolutionary Federation of America Central Committee ARF Tashnagtsutiun Dashnaktsutiun, used to record payment of monthly soldierly dues (zinvorakan durk) of the members.
These stamps were not used to pay postage, they are classified as revenue or poster or Cinderella stamps.
