REFUNDS:
Beings as though, we use your payment to load the giftcards and ship them off, we do not give refunds once the giftcards have been loaded and shipped. EBAY ALSO PUTS A PROCESSING HOLD ON YOUR ORDER. We will contact you when notified of the hold, because again, we cannot load the funds on the card if we do not have them to load. In that time, if you'd rather not wait, an what a reund we will be happy to refund you.
If you don't feel comfortable doing service with us, thats fine we completely understand. If you have questions on why we have this service, it is because their are individuals who don't or can't get access to these items. Whether they are house bound, elderly, disabled, or they just aren't available in the customers area. But please have respect enough to keep YOUR derogatory messages to us.
