    penny features Belle from Beauty & the Beast at the Disneyland Resort
    .
    This coin was first on-stage 1995 and retired in 2007.
    It is pressed on a post 1983 penny which is copper plated zinc. When pressed, zinc cents can show "streaks" or silver smearing (see Pic) that shows through the copper plating. Pre 1982 pennies are solid copper pennies resulting in a better quality, no streaks or smearing and longer lasting shine.
