    This Disneyland Resort - Disney's California Adventure
    retired
    penny features Stitch sitting at Disney's California
    Adventure Park in 2002. This coin was first on-stage in May 2002 and taken off stage or retired in 2011.
    It is pressed on a post 1983 penny which is copper plated zinc. When pressed, zinc cents can show "streaks" or silver smearing (see Pic) that shows through the copper plating.
    Pre 1982 pennies are solid copper pennies resulting in a better quality and longer lasting shine with no zinc streaking. Long gone and hard to find now!!
