The D-340 is large enough to handle the tasks of any small to large size commercial kitchen while not taking up valuable floor space. Also in this case, it runs on common 110 volt power so you can plug it in most anywhere.

This is a Hobart's tried and true build design with just enough automation to make the task of mixing easy and consistent. This beautiful mixer has not been re-conditioned. What you see in the pictures is how we received it. The mixer operates like you would expect a new mixer to run. It is almost completely silent when in operation. It has 3 speed settings and is rated at 1 1/2 HP which makes it fast enough to whip up a meringue topping and strong enough to mix pizza dough. It also comes with a timer and that may not seem like a big deal until you get use to it. If you are a one man show in your kitchen then everything should come with a timer. Just add your ingredients, set the time, hit the button and go do anything else. A timer gives the owner a little more freedom in their kitchen.
The D-340 has the ability to use either the 30 quart bowl or the 40 quart bowl for larger demands. In this case both bowls are genuine Hobart and are new. Also, 2 bowls mean no waiting.

Payment and shipping...
We will ship to anywhere in the lower 48 states (commercial address) for 200. add 100. for a Canada delivery and that includes damage insurance and a lift gate delivery if needed. We will palletize and load for 100.00 - pay within 24 hours and we waive that fee.  If you need it shipped internationally we can do that. We will get it to the closest port and you will have to take it from there. Let me know where you need it shipped and I will get you an exact price.
