Chest size is measured from armpit to armpit
Arm length is measured from the top seam on the shoulder to the bottom
Shoulders are measured from seam to seam
Length is measured from top of the shoulder to bottom, unless strapless then length is measured from top of bust to bottom
Pants
Waist is measured across the top of the pants from end to end
Inseam is measured from crotch to bottom
Rise is measured from top of pants to crotch
Shoes
Heel height is measured from bottom of shoe to the top of the heel, where the heel meets the bottom of the insole
Skirts:
Length is measured from the waist to the bottom at the center
Purses
Length is the measured across the front of the bag at the bottom
Height is measured from the top of the bag to the bottom
Width is measured from back to front
Handle length is measured from center of the strap to the bottom, as it would hang on a shoulder
Depth is measured at the bottom from back to front
