For your consideration is a very nice amber MALT-A-TONIC beer or soda bottle dating from to the late 1800's to early 1900's (anyone that knows for certain please let me know and I will be happy to update this listing).  The bottle has very strong embossed lettering around the shoulder, base, and bottom.  The bottle was made by the ROOT glass company and was bottled by the East Tenn Beverage Co. of Knoxville Tennessee.  This bottle measures approximately 9 3/4" tall and is wider at the shoulder than at the base.  It has been tumbled and is in very good condition free of cracks or chips but it does have a few flea bites and a couple minimal scratches.
