Old Chinese Spice Or Tea Caddy With Deer Landscape

PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AS I DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THESE TYPE ORIENTAL PORCELAINS!!!....Nice 5.5" tall x 7.5" long x 5" wide fairly heavy (5lbs) porcelain/ceramic tea or spice caddy/jar with lid decorated with a deer landscape scene from mom's huge collection of ceramic and porcelain items.
THIS PIECE HAS SEVERAL FLAWS!!!. 1)...There is a 2" long x 3/4" wide piece that had broken off and was glued back on. This broken piece is near the top of the main part of the caddy. 2) Another broken piece glued back in place. This one is on the inside of the lid and measures 3/4" long x 5/8th' wide. This one is harder to see due to it's location. See the attached pics for a better idea on BOTH of these repaired areas. 3)...There is a small chip on the top "lip" of the caddy. 4)...The animal on the top of the lid (which serves as the handle) has a thin "gap" in a few areas under the animal handle where the handle and lid meet. Not sure what caused this?. Kind of looks like the adhesive that was holding the handle in place has started to flake off a little in these areas. The handle is not loose at all. I am also not sure what king of animal the handle represents?. Attached pics may show reflections.
