The Virtuoso is compatible with Sublijet Ultra HD ink, which was uniquely formulated to provide the ultimate in high resolution images for this printer. The Sawgrass Virtuoso SG500 comes with a Sublijet Ultra HD ink set starter cartridge set consisting of 20 ml cyan, magenta, yellow and black cartridges or an optional standard 31 ml cartridge set.

Your SG500 purchase includes a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty period. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the system and covers any hardware defect that prevents the proper functioning of the machine. Any malfunction resulting from accidental damage or misuse, as well as any damage caused by the use of non-genuine Sawgrass ink cartridges, as well as any non-recommended ink conversion (SubliJet> Chromablast, vice versa) are excluded from this warranty.
