Yes, this is legit. I have an excellent record on ebay. I will ship at my own expense with a tracking number so we both know where the cards are. Remember, if there's a problem, ebay can step in... but you won't have a problem.
Please allow a couple of days before tracking is uploaded and the card is delivered. I can only send to the official ebay/Paypal address on file.
