    CITY OF SUGAR CREEK, MISSOURI
    .  Dated 1962.  Tag no. 80.  The engraved plate measures approximately 1.75" in diameter.  Minor age related wear.  "Bicycle" has been written in blue ink pen on the back.  A VERY RARE FIND!!!!
