    Copyright by The Controller of His Britannic Majesty's Stationary Office, printed and bound in the USA.
    Book has 155 pages, measures 5 3/4" X 8 1/4" X 3/4" thick, and has numerous black/white photos and a few line maps.
    Condition: Both covers and spine show some wear, lettering on spine is wearing off, back cover has a black stain, inner front cover has a "belongs to" label and some wear.
